How to Handle Writerblock?

Writer's block can be a frustrating and challenging experience, but there are ways to overcome it.
In my experience writer's block is really really drain my energy, especially if you are facing financial challenges (I am a college student and financially poor, lol). However, there are ways (that maybe can help you) to cope with writer's block even when you're on a tight budget~

Take a break: Sometimes, stepping away from your work for a little while can help to clear your mind and give you a fresh perspective.

Change your environment: Sometimes, a change of scenery can help to stimulate creativity. Try working in a different room or even a different location. Nowadays, there are many public places that can be an option for working on something, such as parks, local libraries, cheap cafes with a comfortable atmosphere, discussion with friends in their dormitory or at their house (but remember about 'time'. It can be great if your friend and you are really committed to working on thesis all day long, So there will be no problem between you to invade theirs room, hehe). 

Try freewriting: Set a timer for 10-15 minutes and write whatever comes to mind without worrying about grammar or structure.

Brainstorming: Make a list of ideas, words, or phrases related to your topic. It can help to free your mind from the block. P.S. The clearer the purpose of your final paper, the more efficient your research/writing will be.

Read widely: Reading other people's work can help to spark new ideas and give you inspiration for your own writing.

Talk it out: Sometimes, discussing your ideas with someone else can help to clarify your thoughts and give you new perspectives on your work. "Seriously, talking to friends does have an impact! I wouldn't recommend it every day if you're not the type to work on tasks in a crowded environment. because you might end up wasting a lot of time talking, lol.

Find free resources: There are many free resources available online that can help you with your writing, such as free writing prompts, writing exercises, and writing communities.

Seek for help: You can reach out to friends, family or writing communities for support, or even seek for a therapist or counselor who can help you cope with writer block. Berbagicerita, is one of the recommendations for free counseling services!

Keep a water bottle on your desk or in your bag: Having a water bottle within reach will remind you to drink more water. Drinking water can help improve brain function. The brain is made up of 73% water, and staying hydrated is essential for maintaining cognitive function. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, and difficulty concentrating, all of which can negatively impact brain function. Stay healthy, stay hydrated, stay focus~
